WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
In accordance with the "Distance Sales Agreement" that you agreed to during the order www.oilwise.co you agree and undertake that the warranty conditions set out by Oilwise apply to the sale of all products in and after-sales support services.
If you receive a defective or faulty product as a result of your order, you can use your right to refund and/or exchange in accordance with consumer legislation. In case of any problems with your order, you can contact us at info@oilwise.co e-mail address.
You can return the product you have purchased in the form you received within seven (7) days from the delivery date without opening the package, without damaging the product, without using the product and not preventing it from being resold later. The return of unpacked or used products will definitely not be accepted due to hygiene conditions.
Check the packages that you think are damaged during the cargo by opening them in front of the cargo company official, if there are any problems, do not pick up the product and keep a report to the cargo company. If necessary, you can prove it by taking a photo of the product. Please note that the responsibility of the cargo company is also fully fulfilled for the delivered products. If you provide the return conditions, you can send your unpacked product with all invoice copies as a counter payment to the shipping company we have contracted. The cargo company sent to you is the cargo company with which we have an agreement. The refund product price will be refunded to your account from the moment the products reach the warehouse, after their compliance with the refund terms has been checked. The process of returning your money to your account begins after we provide information to the Bank. The process of providing information is owned by the Bank and the refund follow-up process should be carried out through the Customer and the relevant Bank.
